For those of you who watch Dr. OZ, he recently had a special about Tony Horton’s 10 minute plan, it was a great episode that showcased the 10 minute trainer workout program. I do not normally watch Dr. Oz, but could not pass up the chance to watch a special on one of my favorite trainers.

The show was part of a series that Dr. Oz has been doing called the 10 minute miracle plan, where he features a world renown fitness trainer to do a 10 minute workout. One of the last episodes had Tony Horton on it, and he delivered some of his 10 minute trainer moves.
