The show was part of a series that Dr. Oz has been doing called the 10 minute miracle plan, where he features a world renown fitness trainer to do a 10 minute workout. One of the last episodes had Tony Horton on it, and he delivered some of his 10 minute trainer moves.
I have got to say, that I have done the 10 minute trainer before and it is actually a very good workout program, especially for those who do not have much time. Once you are finished with the 10 minute trainer, you might want to try Tony Horton’s P90x.
