How to do a BOSU Balance Trainer Plank (aka BOSU Dynamic Plank):
1. With your hands shoulder-length apart on the BOSU Trainer and with your feet hip-length apart on the floor, start in a push-up position
2. Lower your left forearm onto the BOSU trainer, and then lower your right forearm on the BOSU. Make sure that you keep your body straight by tightening your core.
3. Push back up to the push-up position starting with the left hand.
4. Repeat, leading with the right arm, alternate arms after every rep.
Steps 1-3 is one rep! Do as many reps as you can, find out your limit. A nice goal to start for is 15 reps.
