What is the P90x Workout all about?
If you do not know by now, the P90x workout system is the toughest and most effective 90-day home workout on the market. Tony Horton is the creator of the P90x workout and will be your own personal trainer right inside the comforts of your home. There is no doubt about it, the P90x workout is very extreme, great for those who are looking for a challenge and who are looking to get rid of excess fat to finally reveal those abs. In this workout you will build strength, burn fat, gain flexibility, and change your life not only physically but mentally too.
The P90x workout is made up of 12 workouts. Each workout targets specific parts of your body or a specific style of fitness, for example…chest and back, plyometrics, and yoga. Each workout is around 45 to 90 minutes long. You will perform around 1 workout per day, but there will be times that you add the Ab Ripper X routine to the end of a workout.
