While Turbo Fire is cardio and interval training heavy. The two really shouldn’t be compared, because they are specialized to give you different results. Even though these two workouts are different, they both will get the job done. Instead of Turbo Fire vs. P90x, you might want to try to combine the two workouts. Combining these two great workouts will definitely give you the best of both worlds. In one hand you have one of the best muscle building, and muscle toning workouts with P90x, and in the other hand you have one of the best cardio/interval training workout with Turbo Fire.
You really cannot go wrong with these workouts, just make sure you choose the one you like, and can be successful with.
