Everything about the New TRX Force Kit is better. The Suspension Trainer itself is lighter and still ultra-durable, it has better D-rings and rubber handles for easier cleaning. But the biggest difference is the 12 week program.
There are 3 phases:
Phase 1: Workouts will focus on building core strength, having a solid core improves every aspect of your body.
Phase 2: Arm and leg strength will be the main focus in phase 2, but you will still be challenged to maintain that core strength.
Phase 3: Everything comes together, delivering full body workouts matched with some high intensity interval training.
